Classic Dooney & Bourke All Weather Handbag Satchel Style in Black and British Tan 1980s Vintage Bag Brand: Dooney & Bourke Gorgeously kept pebbled black leather is on the main body of this D&B bag, trimmed with 'British Tan' on the handles, interior, and outer areas. Each handle can detach (see brass rivets). The main bag compartment (closes with a zipper) has 2 smaller interior compartments-- 1 zippered, and 1 that latches closed with brass rivet + leather strip closure. Has the classic brass duck fob attached to the handles via a leather strip. The bottom of the bag has little brass 'feet' to help with wear. This is a very early 80s bag and so is pre-tag/serial # at the back. Made in the USA. It has brass hardware with the Dooney and Bourke brass fob. The inside is a roomy open style, with a large zip up pocket on one side, and a large compartment on the other side, with a snap like enclosure. There are 6 brass ball type feet on the bottom. Measurements: Length: 12.5” Height: 9” Width: 5.5” at widest bottom Each handle is about 6.5" from body x 6 W, and leather thickness is roughly .75" Great condition for its age, all zippers & closures work!
