What is the white mark on the bottom front? Also what's the stuff on the inside corner?

@juliab68 i honestly have no clue whats spilled in the inside. I haven’t attempted to clean it but its probably fixable.The bag was handed down from a friend in this condition. After a closer inspection those spots on the outside are small scratches.
