Inside is open with one zipper pocket on one side and two open pockets on the other side. One of the pockets has a couple of spots on the inside fabric. The purse measures 12 inches long, 10 inches tall, and 6 inches deep. The shoulder strap is removeable and adjustable. It ranges from 22 inches to 25 1/2 inches from the center of the strap to the top of the purse. Made of leather. Smoke-free.
