I love the purse. Is it a small or mini? Do the handle lay down on the sides ?

Good morning, it’s a small, not a mini. The handles don’t lay down flat, but they are adjustable strap handles (so they can be shorter or longer) and they bend down and are pliable so they don’t get in the way like other double handles that stick straight up. These are pliable.😉 Happy Shopping🛍️
