jmcross @trhughen - there appear to be two small marks on the liner at the bottom. I do not think it is permanent. I can take pictures if you would like.

jmcross @stacey772 - I am unable to locate where it specifies. But by comparing to sizes online it appears to be a medium in size. The hardware look like a brushed nickel.
