sarakate92 @prefer001 10 1/2 in wide, 9 in tall, the depth is 4 inches on the bottom but it tappers to the top to 2 1/2 inches

sarakate92 @prefer001 yes the hardware is all the same. the tassel is the same color all the way around what you're seeing is the two tone from the leather being cut so it's lighter on the underneath side
