Beautiful vintage leather Dooney & Bourke. Worn condition, with loose hardware on front but still in good shape for vintage! Adjustable strap and has plenty of interior pockets. Gorgeous cream/off white and brown colors. Price reflects condition.

thrifteddips @ashleyrose0423 It does do a fine job of staying closed. The flap covers the complete interior and the leather strap stays in place well. I think tightening the gold hardware would be an easy fix, too. Make me an offer :)

thrifteddips @brianna_lopiano It is not. I don't know if that means it is not authentic, or the tag was ripped out.

brianna_lopiano It doesn’t mean it’s not necessarily, not authentic. Does the bag have a charm? Prior to a certain year Dooney and Bourke did not have authentication tags sewn into their bags. The old school charm with the D&B initials indicate bags of that age- they only started using the well-known duck charm around the time that they started putting the authentication tags inside their bags.

brianna_lopiano Do you have the original D&B charm? Also, if you look under the buckle and it says solid brass, or anywhere that there is brass as well and solid brass is engraved there- that’s a good indication that it’s authentic and if under the flap inside the bag where the compartments are, there are sometimes a white tag/sticker underneath that flap, which also can indicate that’s it’s in fact authentic, but if there isn’t one, that doesn’t mean it’s not.

brianna_lopiano They fall off sometimes with age I would imagine and others take it off. Or does it have a D&B green and red label sewn in somewhere? Hope this helps!

thrifteddips @cohenmax I am so sorry, I completely missed your question. If you are still interested, the info is as follows: Length: 11” Height: 7” Width: 2-3”. There is no "made in the USA" tag.
