essence5454 Hello Kristina, I did receive my Tory Burch boots today and first, the box you shipped them in was damaged horribly, I'm assuming in the shipping, and I did take pics of it. Secondly, I am returning the boots because they are not as described in your listing. There are scuffs, and scrapes on them and there are places on the heel parts that were probably scratches, that appear to have been colored in with some sort of permanent marker. None of this was disclosed in the listing! Thanks
