This late ‘80s satchel has wear and extensive color loss. I hate seeing vintage bags redyed or painted, but Cadet is famous for color loss, so this bag may be a candidate for a makeover. Many people like the weathered look, however, with jeans and casual clothes. The handles had heavy patina so I replaced them with better handles from the same style bag. The interior looks pretty good. I paid $35 plus shipping for this bags bag in 2019.
