can the outside be cleaned with something or these permanent stains?

@lollilopkins I think it can be cleaned on the mesh. I am unsure about the bottom leather of bag. maybe with a leather cleaner.

@tishapinedo thank you for getting back to me my main concern was the mesh the leather doesn't look too bad at all it's a great price and a really attractive bag I just don't want to get it home and not be able to get the stains out I'm still deciding but it's a favorite thank you again
