This bag has never been used and was only taken out of the packaging for the pictures. I purchased this bag from Dooney, and it will come to you just the way I received it. There is nothing wrong with it at all. I find myself reaching for my tiny bags, so am letting go of some of my larger ones. I consider this a large purse.
