This was from the "Tall" line so it's very long but works fine if you are wear a dress or skirt over it. Cheerful and bright lemon yellow chiffon-like material with a black & white floral print. This blouse has the sweetest details, like fluttery cap sleeves, pleats at the neckline, and a placket with four covered buttons in the back.
