Dorothy Schoelen vintage (Circa 70s) black tiered skirt, never worn, in storage for decades. Beautiful, and in excellent condition. Three tiers of silky soft material with pleats at waistband. Size 10= 26 inches waist, 33 inches length. This is a beautiful piece, and there are matching pieces in this closet. Beautiful for the holidays, or any time.
