This item is a Rubies 2000 Dorothy "Wizard of Oz" Dress costume. Size is labeled "Standard", which you would think is a Women's Medium. I'm 5 feet tall and weigh 138 lbs and it was tight when I tried to wear it. I'm thinking this is closer to a Women's size Small (if you want room to wiggle). The dress has tulle underskirt with lace trim. Elastic band at the waist and tie closure on back (neck). Measurements shown in some of the photos. Perfect for Halloween, in excellent condition. It has been worn just twice (from the Posher I bought it from for photos and when I tried to wear it. Maybe that means it has been worn 1.5 times since I could not fit.
