If you would come down on shipping, I would go ahead and send you an offer and pay for it. I just can’t say spending the $18 that it cost to buy brand new when it’s been used. In this is something totally not your fault so please do not take this disrespect or anything. I don’t mean it like that at all honey. But I know things can be shipped for three dollars-$4 and I’m willing to pay that to ship the item.

@nmdobbins  thank you for a few things. Taking the time to read what I actually wrote and being calmed and your response, however, I’m not asking for a free shipping at zero cost. What I was trying to say was, after I pay the shipping that has been requested and then your fee, I’m paying for that same lip liner at the cost of it being brand new and never opened. So I guess I’m just confused on cost maybe? And I ask these questions with sincerity.
