Dotted Bell Sleeve Dress

size small / great used condition This flowy dress is super cute and lightweight and perfect for warm weather. It features bell sleeves and pockets! It doesn’t have any tags, but I think it’s a size small with plenty of room for a loose fit. I have only worn it once or twice so it is in great condition. For reference, I’m 5’ 1” and this dress hits right above the knees.
