Dotted Blouse

Black and white dotted blouse in a light chiffon material. Sleeves have elastic at wrists and are a little flowy. I wore this both as a full-length sleeve and as a 3/4 by pulling the elastic up to my elbow. Versatile piece for layering. Keyhole with button in the back. Worn for one season. Excellent used condition. No holes or stains. Bundle and save!
