Dotted Neck Tie Dress

Beautiful blue dotted dress, ties at the neck as you prefer, upper back is exposed. In excellent condition, never worn. Does have some marks in some areas of the fabric, shown in the last pic and only noticeable upon close inspection. Thin straps shown are for hangers and not a part of the design
