Dotty Skirt, Deconstructed

LOVE A SEWING CHALLENGE? A never finished repurposing project - originally it was a dress that I wore once. Cotton dot printed broadcloth skirt (no stretch). 1/4" elastic at inside waist. "Waistband" is striped yarn dye knit, which I cut very poorly. I suggest making a channel with the knit and tunneling 3/4" elastic. Waist (at elastic): 36" relaxed, stretches to 48". Hip: 60". Hem: 66" Length (from waist) 22.5" There are some small holes in the acetate lining. Grab this before I change my mind and use it for artwork!
