Comfortable Royal Blue jersey fabric Maxi dress. It has a Slit on either side which makes it quite flowy, from the hem, the side Slit are about 25 inches (on 5'4 me- that's just past my knees). Capped sleeves which are sewn down to ensure a sleeveless fit, elastic waistband (I usually added a belt).
