Double breasted reversible balloon European coat. So unique! Buttons can adjusted for either the right hand or the left hand. Balloon can also be adjusted at the bottom with strings. It’s a size medium. Wear with heels or flats depending on height. Super cute, very unique! It’s 100% cotton very thick heavy material. The string do look like they have wear, but it’s due to the pulling on them to make the balloon effect. See pictures. Any seamstress can put a new string in if needed.
