Double heart necklace in sterling silver

This is pretty old it has sat in my jewelry box for probably 15 years have only been worn a handful of times if that. I love the chain it is about 18 in long and has triple chain. I tried to get a decent photo of the stamp on the pendant and the chain but I'm not sure how well it can be made out. I am not sure what the pink heart is made of but the necklace is beautiful in person.
