Downing Street sleeveless top, size 2/3X*

This ruffle neck top is a 3X but has loose seams down the inside on both sides to make it a 2X. The seams are purposely loose to hold up in wear but can be very easily removed without damage. The fabric is a bit shiny and not sheer but medium weight for a beautiful flattering drape. Pit to pit 24.5” and tunic length.
