The designer is a doctor of osteopathy and sought to create a high heel, that would still be comfortable for walking. Full disclosure, these are not as comfortable as flats (no surprise there), but they are still the most comfortable high heel that I own. The only reason that I’m getting rid of this pair, is because they ran a little bit big, so I had to re-order them a half size down. I really love these shoes, and have them in several colors. The quality of the leather as well as the construction is very impressive. I wore them around once, or twice, before I concluded that they were actually too big.
