Dr. Martens 1461 Quad II

The color is vintage taupe. These are so cute and comfortable! I’ve worn them once, but they were a half size too big. I put some heel grips in the help, but they didn’t so I tried to take them off, but they wouldn’t come off (see pic) so now I can’t return them. They’re a women’s size 7.
