hand painted Doc Martens Chesney boots. I painted them before trying them on (i stuck my foot in to see if they would go on and then started painting) and they’re too big. I’ve held on to them for a while, but they are just taking up space. I’m starting with a low price since they’ve been modded and I’m not a professional shoe painter PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION - these feel at least two sizes too big, I have the same exact boots in white and also the shoe version, in both I went down to a US 9 and they’re perfect. - I painted these for fun. I don’t know how long the paint job will last or if they’ll crack and peel, but I cleaned the surface and used Angelus leather paints, and put wax over it. It’s just a hobby and I haven’t worn them to know how well it will hold up. But the paint can probably be removed with acetone or nail polish remover with acetone and some effort. I make no guarantees :P Left boot has a neon orange tiger, the right boot has a hot pink leopard. The leather is pretty soft, LOTS of toe room, and the platform under the toes makes them a lot less steep than they look. I changed out the laces for these white reflective star ones, but the originals are in the box. They are pretty heavy because of the thick sole. Heel is 3.50” and platform is about one inch. They’re VERY stable if you aren’t a heel person, the thick sole means the heel is really only about 2.5”
