The Doc Marten Persephone Boot is no longer sold on the Dr. Marten website, making this a very sought-after style. Made of cherry red leather with six eye holes (think of the Bordeaux or Oxblood hues on all the runways for this fall/winter). It features a padded black collar, lace-up front, and chunky high heels with a platform lift for instant comfort. The heavily grooved air-cushioned soles for traction and lug sole styling will keep your feet steady in wet and snowy conditions. They do have a slight color flaw at the bottom left heel. I purchased them like that. When I noticed it, I decided I loved them too much to take them back; it obviously wasn't that noticeable. Note: Any other light areas on the red leather is light reflecting off of them. They have been worn 3-4 times, max.
