Have these been checked on the sides and soles for dry rot? Are they pulling apart on the seams at all?

@poshing_panner there is no rot. These are my personal shoes and only have worn a couple of times. Bought them brand new.

@poshing_panner I just looked and they are made in Thailand. They are more recent ones as I bought them new in a dr martens store about 3 years ago.
