lashboutique @banana_mama I believe this is considered a big girl size four. Not toddler size. Women’s start at size 5. I purchased these for myself online because I have size 5 foot And regular size 5 in docs are a bit too roomy. These size 4’s are a tad tight so I would fit more a 4 1/2. I hope this helps. When home I can pull the tape measure out and add pics of the bottom measurement if you’d like 🤍
