Dragon skirt

This is a balck skirt with a dragon design that appears to be crushed velvet (not sure if it's real or not). it has a corset lace up in the front and a zipper and buttons in the back. it has pockets and is perfect to wear for the upcoming release of the next 4th wing book. this skirt does not have any syreach and fits some whay small (Says UK18/US16 but I would say it would fit more of a 12/14).
