Dramatic Bib style necklace

Sterling silver and large simulated stones of beautiful purplish blue sapphires, light blue topaz and aqua apatite (I think). A stunning piece for a special occasion. Made in India. I have no idea what it is worth and can’t remember what we paid for it. Make me a reasonable offer.
