Dramatic Red 1970s Maroon Velveteen Vintage Robe Vintage Cotton Velvet Jacket See color card photo for best idea of the color of the item  This is velveteen, a type of velvet with a short nap- most likely this is cotton in origin Just a note, all velveteen is velvet, but not all velvet is velveteen. There are two side pockets and original belt. I took two photos, front and back, of the item inside out to show the construction. Label is Robinson’s men, made in Hong Kong protectorate which would date it between the 1950s and the 1970s  Originally designed as a men’s robe, due to age and changing styles this can be a unisex robe or even a nice going out kimono style jacket for a woman, it’s all up to how you want to style it Women’s Size- Large Measures- see photos Please carefully examine photos.
