Drape neck dress

Beautiful Printed white dress. Ties on the side for a fabulous fit. Drape neck effect. Never worn, waited too long and now it doesn't fit me. It's fits me a little short, ( I weight train so having a butt and quads don't really work with this dress) I'm 5'4 if that gives you an idea. I recommend being a size S for a better fit. ( last picture is an idea of what it looks like, no my picture, just for an idea)
