Draped Mini Dress

Hard to get a clear picture, but the top part of the dress drapes into a deep V neck like shape. The material is embedded with a tinsel-like material, which can cause itchiness and irritation to skin. Top part is not lined, so tinsel material would be up against skin directly. Bottom part of dress has slightly different interior, but same external material. I would not recommend for those who cannot tolerate scratchy things on skin. Thin material. Otherwise, a very cute pink mini dress with silver tinsel in it. Perfect for New Years. Never worn, only tried on. Perfect condition.
