Draper James Size 3x short-sleeve tie-waisted dress

A cute ruffled, short-sleeved dress in Navy. It has a matching tie strap to give it some shape. There’s also lace paneling in the front. The left tie loop came undone on the bottom, but easily fixable. On a size 5’ 2” person, it about 1.5” below the knee in the front and about 3” inches the back.
