Draper James printed Swiss dot smocked dress, size M, NWOT

New without tags, never worn. I bought this for a wedding, but didn’t end up wearing it. Size medium. The body of the dress is lined, but the sleeves are unlined and so they are sheer. There are little Swiss dots on the fabric. Sleeves and neck are smocked. Dress is about knee length. Mock neck length, not quite a turtleneck.
