Pull over top, 14” wide with elastic to stretch, 47” long, pockets. Ties at top untie but are stationary. Excellent condition!!! It’s absolutely adorable! Can be worn year round with the right accessories! Lined and has extra stretch in the back to make the dress fit just right! I always have a red gingham dress in my closet no matter what size I am bc they are so universal! I wore this dress to Easter Sunday, a picnic and during Christmas with a cute turtleneck under and boots and it was a hit!
