This crisp never been worn blue and white dress is just what you need for spring break, summer dinners or something to wear in a warmer climate. This dress has a hook and eye closure at the top that leads into a zipper. Length from the top of the strap to the bottom hem is 35.5 inches and 14.5 across the bust. I’ve just never had the chance to wear this! Take it somewhere nice.
