This is a NWT'S Draper's & Damon's smocked top dress in multiple shades of blue. The dress has short sleeves and a smocked top (fully elasticized bodice). Tagged size PM. All measurements approximate and taken while garment was laying flat then doubled. Bust 34" around without stretching. Waist 32" around without stretching. Hips 52" around.
