The vintage drawing is in very good preowned condition. The vintage frame is in good useable condition with some fading on the metallic detailing around the frame. Some of the staples are partially rusting or missing. It would be best used if displayed by leaning the frame rather than hanging. The glass in the front might be heavier than the back. The frame seems to be of plastic material with a glass front. Approximate measurements: Width: 9.75" Length: 12.75" Smoke-free, pet-free home. Charles H. Overly was known for his pencil sketches of architecture. This is a great piece for an office or home. This piece would also be a great gift for a student of art or architecture.
