@courtneypslack hi! They are both 0-6m, sorry I realized I made a mistake in my listing. 0-6m is the only size for the dreamland swaddles. They can be used until your baby starts to roll, usually around 5ish months…then they can be used as a transition sleep sack bc the arms snap open.
