@horsehappey I think it's a little larger in the band. It has a generous amount of stretch there. I added some more photos with measurements, hopefully that helps!
Also, regarding the tie, the strings tie in the front between cups. Making this tighter or looser adjusts the neck part (added a better image of this too!)
