The top part is satin material and the bottom is stretchy black. This is very flattering . It doesn't fit me right. It needs a pin or a broach because the opening is to big. I am 5.2 and this is down to my knees. The top is a deep read / burgundy color. Perfect for the Holidays or parties . Price is firm. Thank you for looking
