Dress

A black and white , cotton , belted , 3/4!sleeve dress ! The top part to the waist area is white and the bottom half is black ! The sleeves are folded and buttoned. The neckline is collared with a v neck opening from the neck to about mud chest area, then it button with 3 small silver buttons to the belly area ! Brand new and never worn !
