This a long unique ruffles dress that's ready for you to make a statement. This dress is made out of 97% polyester and 3% spandex and was made in Vietnam. This dress is a size 6 but I had it altered by a professional to fit a size 4 around the upper side, because the top part was too big for me. If purchased I will put in mail the next day.
