@tiffany8937 Yes, it definitely would fit both sizes 2/4-4/6 (It has an elastic around the waist). Not sure what the brand is though.

@tiffany8937 Well, everyone is built differently, it's hard to say... from the waist down, the solid part of the skirt is about 17/18 inches long and the part with lace is 20 inches long in the front and 30 in the back. I measured with a ruler so measurements are not exact. Hope that helps.
