Gorgeous dress or top for someone very petite. It should be worn without a bra. The lace on the dress is just beautiful. The brand is not true to size. The ticket says L but fits a size 2 or smaller. The sleeves are 3/4 length and measure about 20", the waist about 28", bust 34" and length 30". It is short wasted. The lining and tulle measures about 11" under bottom area.
