brannankc hi, measured across the chest while laying flat. usually measure from the armpit seam to armpit seam. I would double that. I expect its around 19 to 22 inches. Depending on the style of a dress, this measurement is more helpful that S, M or Large which varies. Sometimes you will see someone ask for "P2P" ....same thing. thanks so much
