Sequin dress that is able to become completely matte black if you use your hand to "wipe" all the sequins in one direction. It can also become entirely green/blue or wear as both (as seen in photo). This dress has no zippers so you simply step into it and pull on. It is form fitting with a little bit of stretch. Worn twice.
