This dress is a girls size 16. It is made in the Philippines. The brand is Amy’s closet. It is pleated with a black ribbon and bow in the front. The pink tiger stripe material of the dress has pink glitter sparkles on it as well. It has only been worn a couple of times and is in great condition.
